How you can make your mark

At Boskalis safety is front and centre. As NINA program coordinator you will make your mark in contributing to a safe working environment for all our colleagues worldwide. You support the NINA team in all supporting and organizational activities that are necessary.
Your role is dynamic and the work is diverse. There is plenty of room to seize opportunities and further develop in your role. You are an important part of the team and fulfil a key role. Together we make the NINA program a success.

Your responsibilities are:

• Training materials / inventory management.
• Support in developing communication materials.
• Support and registration training certificates.
• Independently and proactively organizing and planning sessions and training programs.
• Organizing trips for external trainers.
• Communication with training agencies for planning and invoicing.

You can make your mark as program coordinator if you have:

• Good command of English and Dutch, spoken and written.
• Familiar with the usual software, Word/Excel/Outlook/MS Teams/Sharepoint.
• Work experience in an international organization (big plus).

• Your team : You will be part of the corporate SHEQ team consisting of 8 colleagues. You will report to the director corporate SHEQ.
• Where you will work: You will be based in the head office in Papendrecht.
• Full/part-time job: The position of NINA program coordinator is a fulltime job (40 hours a week), 32 hours per week is negotiable.
