You will be involved in the processes of purchasing, logistics and charging, working closely together with the procurement and finance departments. The various tasks in these processes are supported by a variety of logistics and ERP applications such as Infor LN, Yellowstar and Basware. You will support the business in implementing relevant changes that are the result of the optimizations and participate in IT related projects. For example, you will be facilitating and guiding an intercompany work group with persons that are involved in the entire P2P process. In this group the representatives of finance, procurement, logistics and our divisions are present and you will be guiding this group towards improvements and efficiency gains.

Your responsibilities as a Process Consultant P2P

• Knowledge owner and advisor to improvements on the existing processes and the use of related applications.
• You will need to understand and change interfaces and provide information mappings.
• You scrutinize and advice on feasibility and be documenting the results.

Your qualities and experience as a Process Consultant P2P

• Several years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the field of Procurement.
• A least a bachelor degree.
• Relevant functional knowledge of applications to support the P2P. processes and affinity in various IT topics (e.g. data management).
• In-depth knowledge of P2P processes.
• Great stakeholder management skills and be able to act on different communication levels.
• Good command of written and spoken English (Dutch is a big plus).
• You are already eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.

Extra information

• Your team: You will collaborate with 7 other Process Consultants who all have their own business domain. You will identify and collaborate with different stakeholders related to the P2P processes.
• Where you will work: For office-based roles, in consultation with your manager and your team, you work partly at home and partly in the office.
• Full/part-time job: The position of Process Consultant Procure to Pay is a fulltime (40 hours a week) job.
