Vacature Head of Financial Reporting

We are seeking a highly motivated financial professional with international reporting experience who will be joining a global market leader in innovative and high-tech equipment. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity of implementing and improving the global reporting and audit processes of the organization.

As a Head of Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for:

• Drive the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes across multiple global entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant (IFRS) financial reporting;
• Coordinate comprehensive audits on local and international scales, liaising seamlessly with internal teams and external partners;
• Take lead in optimization of financial processes and implementation of ERP systems;
• Spearhead short-term cash forecast initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed with weekly cash flow updates;
• Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to the finance colleagues;
• Data gathering and consolidation of financial and certain non-financial data to create accurate IFRS interim financial statements.
