The role

As a Project Manager at C&MC, you will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and managing multiple projects within our department. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

Key accountabilities

In this role you will be:

• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control;
• Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans;
• Identifying and addressing project risks and issues;
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards;
• Communicating project progress and status updates to stakeholders;
• Mentoring and guiding team members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Skills & experience

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects;
• Experience in the maritime or engineering industries;
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proficiency with project management software;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction;
• Relevant training, certificates, or degrees in project management or a related field.
