We have a vacancy (full time) for a Head of Quality for our organisation based in Dordrecht (NL) or Aberdeen (UK).

Your main duties in this position
• Establish and communicate Quality vision, strategy, and campaigns;
• Maintain certification of our Business Management System to relevant standards;
• Ensure development and implementation of our Business Management System;
• Actively participate within the Management Team to provide expertise and tools that will enable business process improvement;
• Compile and deliver reports and presentations to the Management Team;
• Establish and monitor performance targets for business area;
• Ensure suitable resourcing of Quality function within N-Sea;
• Develop budgets and controlling costs for the Quality function;
• Support IRM, Construction & Cable installation, Survey and UXO projects in delivering predictable results to our clients;
• Ensure significant quality events are investigated, reported, and corrective actions implemented across N-Sea to prevent reoccurrence;
• Deliver Management reviews, data analysis and trend identification;
• Provide team training and development through coaching;
• Dedication to embodying the core values of N-Sea, namely Cooperation, Innovation, Proactivity, and Awareness, along with strict adherence to the Golden Rules.

Requirements
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Quality Management and track record in the design and certification of Management Systems;
• Knowledge of cable manufacture, installation, inspection, and repair;
• Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principle;
• Experienced in subsea construction, renewable and marine industries;
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects relating to assets / equipment;
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and its application; knowledge of ISO45001 and 14001 (preferred);
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans;
• Problem solving and analytical skills;
• Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
