You are the point of contact for our customers and the link between them and the various departments such as planning, customs, finance and warehouse. You ensure that our customers are central and feel this. You are in daily contact with transporters and agents at home and abroad. All this to build a good relationship with customers and offer solutions for their transport questions. You carefully monitor their transport orders.

Your profile

  • You have an MBO working and thinking level.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good command of the English language, spoken and written.
  • You are steadfast and decisive;
  • Other necessary competencies: good communication skills, customer-oriented attitude and efficient planning/organization.
  • The natural drive to tackle issues and solve them effectively, both independently and in a team.

Do you have (good) basic knowledge in Transport & Logistics, that is very nice! And we are happy to continue to build on that.

Your responsibilities

  • processing import and export shipments in the transport management system;
  • resolving irregularities regarding shipments;
  • building and maintaining customer relationships;
  • financial completion of shipments;
  • keep customers up to date (by telephone and email) about the whereabouts of their shipments;
  • you advise the Customer Service Manager about quality and make improvement proposals.

You will work in our modern head office in Raamsdonksveer in a young and energetic team, currently consisting of 5 employees. A varied, independent position within a growing transport & logistics company. An employment contract of 40 hours per week. Varied job with room for personal development.
