What will you do?

As an article management employee, you manage the article database, allowing colleagues and customers to access their product information in real time. You request product information from manufacturers and process it in our database. You ensure that the article information is as complete and up-to-date as possible. Your skills contribute to serving our customers in the best possible way. Specifically, you will:

• Keeping the article database up-to-date.
• Request product information from suppliers and act as liaison for questions around product data and item management.
• Optimise product information and images in our systems.
• Analyse data for completeness, add new articles and archive outgoing articles.
• Contributing ideas on how to set up our article management process in the best possible way.

How do we see you? You:

• Possesses excellent digital skills ( Excel, ERP systems).
• Experience with modern technologies such as chatbots (e.g. ChatGPT) and REST APIs is a plus
• Are proactive, enthusiastic and accurate.
• Can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Are available 4-5 days a week.
• Are able to maintain an overview.
